Equipped with 3 LED modules, the Onset Panthera’s unique LED curing process ensures efficient, high-quality results through a staged approach. With two LED units at the front and one at the rear, each printed layer is cured in multiple steps, allowing for consistent drying and strong adhesion. This controlled curing sequence optimizes efficiency, yields a wider color gamut and higher gloss levels, and saves energy.

The Panthera achieves gloss levels previously unattainable with a UV inkjet device. It produces sellable, production-quality 2-pass satin or 2-pass high-gloss finishes, both achieving a productivity up to 1510 m²/h (16,294 ft²/h) or 295 beds per hour, with a heavy-duty design built for 24/7 operation. The Panthera also offers a unique concept that combines satin with gloss printing by controlling LED curing. High-gloss images are achieved without varnish at production speeds.
