Agfa has responded to these challenges by increasing the versatility and flexibility of the Jeti Tauro H3300 system to include single and dual robotic media handling for the ultimate production efficiency and automation. Introducing at Printing United 2024, the Jeti Tauro H3300 MAX BOT system can be equipped with a single robot for loading or unloading media or a dual robot system for full automation. The Jeti Tauro robots can be combined with Agfa’s single or dual Flex RTR system for the utmost flexible automation for both rigid and roll substrates. This level of adaptability ensures that PSPs can easily switch between rigid and roll printing, ensuring the highest level of productivity.

The Tauro H3300 Robot substrate handling systems provide a range of standard load and unload options to maximize Jeti Tauro H3300's versatility and throughput. Media scope Phase 1 focuses on corrugated and rigid boards with a minimum thickness of 1.5mm and a max media size of 2.1m x 3.3m. The Tauro MAX BOTs support two-up production runs with a max media size of 1.6m x 2.1m. The Automation supports one or two loading or unloading stacks. Phase 2 of the project will be expanded to support sheets and flexible media.

Through the elimination of the washing and dyeing processes, it reduces its overall freshwater usage by 67%.
