The Vanguard VR6D-HS updates our base VR5D-E. We have upgraded the print heads with the newest Ricoh Gen 6 print heads, then we incorporated the electromagnetic drive system from our award winning VK300D-HS for an unbeatable combination of speed and value. The Gen 6 print heads offer smaller ink dots as well as a firing rate that can keep up with the 1.8 m/sec carriage speed. The 50”x100” table surface is divided into 4 vacuum zones and the fully adjustable LED UV curing lamps maximize the media handling capabilities.

The VR6D-HS utilizes the latest ink set to ensure the daily maintenance is minimal. Our white ink uses a dual recirculation system with an agitator in the main ink tank as well as recirculation from the main tank to the sub tank on the carriage. Superior adhesion to digital grade substrates is a hallmark of our white ink.

VorTex™ Transfer Paper XA 85 is engineered for printing at high speeds while allowing heavy ink loads, resulting in the reproduction of rich blacks, vivid colors, and super fine detail printing with a fast drying time for easy handling.

Yosemite adds a unique detail to drapes, tablecloths, and other Home Décor. Its natural pebble color with flax texture enhances your Home Décor elegance. Yosemite passes 100,000 cycles on the Wyzenbeek test, making it extremely durable. This fabric has a Stain and Soil Release, using C6 chemistry, which expands its versatility in the Home Décor environment. Yosemite is available in Pebble color, with a warm two tone flax look. The natural flax remains visible after printing, providing a unique look. The best applications for this fabric include draperies, upholstery, pillows, table cloths and table linens. Yosemite is 100% polyester, compatible with Dye-Sublimation printing, and has quickly become a customer favorite with its unique natural flax look.
