The M&R QUATRO Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Printing System is a modern and efficient method of applying vibrant, high-quality durable images onto a wide variety of garments and fabric types. The DTF process begins with the creation of a digital design on a computer. Once the design is finalized, it is printed onto a special PET film with a specialized digital inkjet printer using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White pigmented aqueous inkjet inks. After printing is complete, and while the ink is still wet, the transfer is prepared by applying a layer of adhesive to the print area.

A print workflow to receive, preflight, impose, group, sort and deliver ‘Press Ready’ jobs to digital presses using automated production flows. XMF PressReady is Fujifilm's primary POD workflow, supporting a wide range of print automation
applications across all of our high end production digital press systems, and any other vendor POD device driven by a Fiery DFE. It creates automated production flows based on preconfigured rules and processes, and provides the link between job onboarding (MIS and W2P) and production.

The Spectro Swing qb offers automated reflection and transmission measurements for flexible and rigid materials up to 1.2 mm thick. It is designed for industries printing on non-textured cardboard, flexible non-textured materials such as paper and film, and labels. Thanks to its precise color measurement technology, including the Barbieri QB technology, the Spectro Swing qb enables high accurate color measurement for the calibration and profiling of digital printing systems. This enables high-quality output profiles and precise linearization of output devices as well as color accuracy verification/color process control.

The platform is structured into three main components: the Print Personalizer, the Sticker Builder, and the DTF Gang Sheet Builder. Each is made to meet specific needs within the personalized printing sector.

Sticker Builder: This tool specializes in enabling customers to design stickers, offering both predefined shapes and custom die-cut options for unparalleled creativity. End clients can upload their company logo or any other graphic, and the software will generate and present the outline in a custom shape with no acute angles. The thickness and color of the outline can be easily changed. The Sticker Builder enhances the sticker design process by offering the flexibility to create stickers of any shape, complete with photos and additional text. As the only one among the editors available on the market, Sticker Builder combines all functionalities necessary for creating advanced stickers in custom shapes, including the use of AI technology. For example, end-clients can upload a picture of themselves or their beloved pet, and the face/head will be automatically detected and cut out for a sticker. Another way we present AI technology to our clients is making stickers from a prompt using generative AI. End-clients can type the keywords, choose the picture style, and then choose the favorite picture from four generated options. Features such as automatic face cut-outs, the ability to create outlines with editable color and thickness, and the application of additional graphic filters enable users to create unique and distinctive designs. Consequently, the printing house receives ready-to-print files with cutting lines and markings in the appropriate SPOT colors. It is also well suited for any product requiring a precise cut line layer, ensuring that printing house customers can design and produce standout stickers.  

The Sticker Builder can initiate the printing process after preparing the ready-to-print files, which contain individual stickers or arranging a sheet with multiple stickers, according to the company's requirements. Automatic imposition makes it possible to manage space on the sheet economically. This is achieved through full integration with the system, enabling the print-ready files to be sent to the appropriate hot folder.

The material has a top coating that provides a uniform low-glare finish and can be folded and stretched without cracking.  TrueCanvas® Giclée S350 has a gloss finish that provides crisp detail and a rich tonal range, making it ideal for fine art reproduction and a wide range of art décor applications. TrueCanvas® Giclée S350 Gloss is available in 54" - 80" roll widths and is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and Latex inks.
