DriveOn Graphics is the first digital wide format print material designed for graphics applied direct to asphalt, bitumen, and concrete parking lots, garage floors and driveways with moderate automobile traffic. Durable polymeric material with dimensionally stability, moderate pliability, slip resistant textured and retro reflective surface. A better alternative to stenciled / painted graphics and thermoplastic; allowing the benefits of digitally printed images with easy and fast installation plus durability to tires. Can also be used to create highly visible signs used in dark areas with automobile traffic so it are understandable from a safe distance, allowing time to permit a proper driving response.
1. Rolls on 3 inch cores, 44 inches x 35 feet / 1.12 meters x 10.7 meters
2. Direct print - no overlaminate; compatible with latex & UV flatbed and hybrid printers
3. Trouble free, end user friendly, no-heat installation & removal without residue
4. Adheres to asphalt, bitumen and concrete with pressure sensitive adhesive
5. Meets international standards for slip and skid resistance
6. Life expectancy to deteriorate to ‘failure status’ = up to 150,000 automobile tire cycles with no liquid laminate and up to 350,000 automobile tire cycles with liquid laminate
7. Made in the USA
M&R’s DS-4000 Digital Squeegee is setting the standard for hybrid printing. At production rates of 400+ prints per hour the DS-4000 bridges the gap between direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and screen printing. Since the Digital Squeegee prints on top of a screen-printed underbase, a wide array of fabrics - including synthetic and performance blends - can now be printed digitally, opening the door to new market trends and cost-effective high-end digital textile imaging.
Oil heated drum calender designed for the thermic transfer from dye-sublimation transfer paper to fabric and for
fixing the printed ink on fabric.
This Xpro DS190 is the latest innovative heat press from Flexa S.R.L..
The previous DS170 featured an 8.6" oil heated drum.
The DS190 features a 14" with a working width of 75".
There are a variety of enhanced features from the previous platforms in the Xpro series.
The new touch-screen interface ensures precise user friendly controls.
The Teflon coated drum allows for uniform heat distribution up to temperatures of 220°C / 428°F.
Variable speed controls allow for custom feed rates up to 2 m/min. (79 in./min.)
This robust price competitive platform offers 3 operating modes :
- "Roll to Roll" for continuous paper transfer of sublimation prints
- "Single Piece" dyesub print transfer to smaller precut pieces/materials
- "Reactivation and Fixation" of sublimated ink printed directly onto fabrics.
Made of PEFC-certified wood pulp and manufactured with 20-25% recycled materials, EcoElement™ CLS Gloss and Matte Films are completely plastic free. They help ensure compostable facestock remains compostable in industrial and home settings even after lamination. Ideal for flexible packaging applications, this unsupported film has no adhesive layer, which means it is less expensive than thermal laminates and can be paired with wet lamination systems.
EcoElement CLS comes in two distinct finishes, both of which help preserve the tonality and clarity of printed designs. EcoElement CLS Gloss Film provides a brilliant, low-haze finish that helps designs pop, and EcoElement CLS Matte Film is non-reflective and reduces glare in bright settings. This sustainably sourced film offers easy-tear functionality for sealed bags, stick packs, and other flexible packaging applications that demand easy opening for consumers without the use of perforation. Both finishes can accept UV and screen printing as well as foil stamping, enabling printers to enhance designs with value-add effects and stand out on the shelf.
EcoVantage® Pole Banner is a 100% PVC-free, phthalate-free, heavy-duty substrate with a scrim fabric that provides additional strength and stability under harsh weather conditions. This material has a coated, double-sided print surface and complete opacity to prevent translucency and shadowing.
Fiery® Prep-it™ is a powerful, easy-to-use software solution for the preparation, layout, and automated production of print-for-cut jobs. It can both save hours of prepress time, and dramatically decrease media usage for large format print producers with its efficient true shape nesting. It features free-angle true shape and double-sided nesting, cut path editing, tiling, cut marks and bar-coding features, plus it integrates with prepress workflows, MIS platforms and web-to-print systems.
