Putting Opaque White dry ink into the second position greatly reduces the amount of ink needed to make colors pop on dark substrates. There is no longer a need to flood the field with white to make colors show up on dark substrates. Now you can put Opaque White dry ink only where it is needed most. A robust hybrid UV inkjet printer with an integrated roll-to-roll system, the Jeti Tauro H2500 LED features continuous and automated feeding of rigid and flexible media. The Jeti Tauro H3300 LED with Master Roll to Roll and the backup camera offers completely unattended double-sided printing on single or dual rolls for 24/7 operations. 2 easy-sliding cameras are attached to the left and right sides of the MRTR, for front & back printing of the same or different images in single and dual rolls. The GUI software has an intuitive implementation of this feature, automatically adding unique QR codes to the job so they can be read by the cameras and adjust the print position at the start of every job. This innovative approach identifies the exact location of the image on the front and back of the media ensuring front-to-back accuracy of +/-3mm over 300 feet. Should drift occur throughout the run, the position of the file will automatically self-correct by reading the QR codes and adjusting accordingly to maintain a high degree of accuracy.
