Our Gamut Plus Industrial Series ink line is made with the highest quality pigments and yields the best performance and durability. It is compatible with DTG and DTF inkjet printers. The formula allows a curing time of 2 minutes making it superior to its competition. The line undergoes a rigorous filtration system from 10 microns to 3 microns, allowing us to remove impurities so that we ensure the best overall quality for our customers.

Inkjet inks are considered the fastest drying inks on the market. Since you don't need to heat to print an entire shirt in 30 seconds with a single pass, the gamut plus industrial ink formulas allow a curing time of two minutes in the oven, which makes them superior to their competition that use curing times greater than five minutes.

The seven inks are orange, green, white, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. Cover a wider visible color spectrum than conventional industrial printer inks that only use five ink colors. You can get a wider range of colors by making gold, gray, silver, and neon colors. Look more realistic than current printers. The operating conditions of the inks are adjusted to daily use and high production demand without generating constant clogging in the printheads. The inks have an operational range between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

The inks also feature a printing time of 30 seconds in one single pass for black garments. With Curing times of two minutes, a high fade resistance, and a wide range of colors, gold, silver, and gray neon. Also, the ability to print on transfer sheets, hot peel, and cold peel.

CPS I a compliance California proposition 65 total led content and paints and surface coating, California Proposition 65. Total lead content and substrates and 16 CFR 16, 10 standards for formability of clothing textiles.

GF4030 Nirvana Plus is the newest printable soft signage fabric with extra fabric on the face and a pigment coated black-back for complete opacity. This premium product gives a two-in-one solution for Dye Sub printable fabric with a built-in liner and a finished back, providing cost savings in material and labor. It is ideal for hanging banners and retractable banner stands because of the printability and finished coated back side. In banner stand applications, the coating allows the banner to track/roll up on itself for easy use and precise alignment. Other uses for Nirvana Plus include frontlit SEG and pillowcase fabric displays with no liner. The fabric is stocked 126-inches-wide, maximizing production efficiency and expanding usage options for large scale banner applications. It weighs 9.5 oz/yd2 and is flame retardant. A 5-meter-wide treated version of this fabric is available for direct and UV-curable printing.

IMAGin Crystal Cling was created with a unique polymer technology that delivers notable benefits over traditional static cling products or similar PVC-based products. Simply Sustainable Crystal Cling (SS299) is a 4.0-mil pure clear gloss polyester film offering excellent clarity and print compatibility for UV digital printing. The film is coated on one side with a clear removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive and protected with a 3.0-mil polyester traction-back release liner. It is intended for short to medium-term advertising on glass surfaces such as windows, displays, and signboards. This product meets the current standards of the Consumer Product Safety Improvements Act (CPSIA).
